Erm not sure if any of my thoughts apply to this plant but...
I think it is still a rubber tree plant, looks like it may have been pruned too much at some point (the base of the main stem seems to "stop" and the plant continues to grow from the side like a new branch, this happens when trimming stems)
the light/yellow parts are variegation and will almost certainly be normal for this plant (your healthy plant has it too)
the curling is probably related to the heat/water levels in the leaves,
and the pinkish hue tends to come from a phosphorous deficiency, the nutrient that gives plants their colour, sometimes you might see a daisy in a patch of daisies that has pink tips on the flower petals: same thing

As for advice... I'd leach the soil (water excessively but allow it to completely drain) then use a general good brand plant food, not sure if Baby Bio is available where u are. Unless you're organically gardening then IDK what you'd buy where u are.

Biggest post in... no wait: EVER
I hope you have luck nursing it to health

I had a coffee tree growing for 5 years, I'd grown it from seed and was about 4' tall then, as there was nowhere in the house it could fit, I put it outside for the first time and it did not like it! Sadly it became an addition to my compost bin :(
