This reminds me from a tale from work (I work at a bank). In accounting, there is a rule that debet is left, and credit is right.
So there was this old accountant who was retiring, and he was one of the big guy experts of the bank. When they cleaned out his desk drawers, they found a sheet of paper with 'debet' on it in the left drawer, and a sheet of paper with 'credit' on it in the right drawer.
